We do love our ice cream. We love wine. We love pizza… We eat for all occasions. But when we begin spiraling out of control, and the pounds add up, something needs to change. Everyone has different habits, different issues, which is why the sessions are tailored to meet your individual and unique needs. I use a collaborative counseling technique called Motivational Interviewing (MI) to attain a deep understanding of the changes you wish to achieve.
Following this foundational work, together we create your therapeutic hypnosis plan to make changes happen. Therapeutic hypnosis is proven as a safe, efficient, and effective mode of transformation.
After our session you will feel relaxed, energized, and motivated. Each sessions is recorded. To ensure the hypnosis is highly effective I recommend listening to the recording every day for two weeks.
How many sessions does it take?
I ask my clients to commit to a minimum of 3 sessions. It generally takes about 30 days to retrain the brain. During our third session we will decide together if further sessions are needed. Lasting changes take dedication, motivation, and practice. You will see changes after the first session. By the third session you will feel like a new person.
